Introducing a variety of One and Two Bedroom Condos   


We are pleased to announce our intention to begin taking non-binding reservation requests for a new condominium project due for completion in 2008. The site for the Carolina Sands Resort is located on 1717 S. Ocean Blvd. on the highly desirable Crescent section of North Myrtle Beach. This prime section of beach offers breathtaking views of the entire North Strand of the South Carolina coastline.  Nearby neighbors include Crescent Shores, Crescent Keyes, Bluewater Keyes, and Bahama Sands.

Offering a wide variety of One and Two Bedroom condominiums, Carolina Sands features spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Although official prices are currently unavailable, we are currently building a list from non-binding reservation requests.

Plans for the project include both direct and angled oceanview condos on each of the resort's nine floors. Planned water amenities including a large oceanfront pool and a lazy river will be located on the oceanfront sundeck. There are also plans for an indoor pool, exercise room, and a meeting facility for both owners and guests located inside the resort. Vacationers will also enjoy superior quality interior features including ceramic tile floors, granite counters, upgraded appliances, and LCD TVs in both the living room and the kitchen.

Construction on Carolina Sands will continue throughout the rest of 2006 with a delivery date in February 2008. Our site plan will be filed before the new area building restrictions take effect, making future development much more difficult for new beachfront properties. This scarcity of new oceanfront condos will only benefit the new owners of Carolina Sands Resort.
